New Zealand, September-November 2024
I only made it for 5 days in 2023, so I was hoping to spend a month on the south island this year. My hopes were doubled, I spent over 8 weeks in the Porteous’ sleep-out, partially thanks to three unexpected root canals as a consequence of a drunk idiot backflipping into my mouth in the doorway to a pub on my fourth night in Wanaka.
